Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated team members to support operations in one or both locations. The plant worker is a dedicated individual who has proven experience monitoring and operating equipment for all plant systems safely and efficiently and includes the ability to perform a complete start-up and shutdown of machinery. The plant worker must monitor and make adjustments to the system to ensure good product quality and work rotating shifts with a team of process technicians and equipment operators.
Responsibilities include:
  • Operating a front end loader, a skid steer, and a forklift as required for miscellaneous plant operations
  • Performing general housekeeping of the work area or other areas of the plant
  • Performing or assisting in basic preventative maintenance as required.
Qualifications:
  • Good teamwork skills and the ability to work alone.
  • Adaptable, able to cope with a change of plans
  • Conduct duties in a safe, professional, and polite manner, seeking assistance as and when required.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete documentation on time and accurately.

Located in Bensalem, we are a family-owned business seeking an experienced sales representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service.
  • The individual will be meeting with our customers to help them through the planning process of final arrangements. You can acquire new business accounts in your specified territory.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and oversee new account onboarding
  • Communicate with the customer service team
  • The ability to upsell and transition warm leads into actual sales
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
Qualifications:

About the Position
Tristate/ProCorr Display & Packaging, a manufacturer of corrugated products and displays, is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our plant in Bensalem. The Quality Control Manager will work with the Plant Manager and all plant personnel to support overall quality objectives. The role will support/implement quality systems implementation, writing procedures, and all instructions. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting the plant personnel and staff on daily quality issues—auditing compliance with existing procedures and requirements performing process capability studies while ensuring and educating employees on quality expectations. While conducting manufacturing trials, the machine area is kept clean for proper operation.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, effectively under pressure and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Thinks collaboratively on complex problem sets involving infrastructure related strategy and troubleshooting
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Possesses strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, GFSI, SQF, GMP, AIB & BRC standards is a plus but not required.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions: 
The employee is regularly required to stand and walk for the duration of the production shift and infrequently lift about 40 pounds. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to dust, loud noises, and ink fumes. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; ear protection is required.
