The ideal Structural POP/Packaging Design candidate must possess the ability to operate in a team environment and demonstrate a keen sense of detail. Experience in constructing corrugated point of purchase displays and knowledge of the manufacturing process is a prerequisite. Candidate is expected to work directly with our sales force as well as the client to produce a result that is both cost effective and aesthetically pleasing. Willingness to cross-train and complete tasks that are outside the scope of the Structural Design process is a must.


  • Perform a variety of moderate to complex design assignments

  • Must understand the entire design process from concept to finished production piece.
  • Develop designs to enhance customer products while reducing packaging costs.

  • In depth working knowledge of ArtiosCAD a must.
  • Knowledge of the use of Kongsberg cutting tables.
  • Knowledge of pallet pattern programs.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Knowledge of tooling and corrugated machinery.

Single Pass Digital Press Operator Position:

Job Description: The single pass digital press operator is responsible for the daily operation, scheduling and maintenance of our high speed digital printing system. The ideal candidate should have experience running a digital press in a high end capacity within the packaging and point-of-purchase display industries. The digital press operator is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Maintains daily schedule of cleaning and maintenance
  • Maintains inventory levels of raw materials
  • Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area
  • Maintain a clear and open line of communication with off-site Design department
  • Using press technologies, features and materials necessary to maximize quality and productivity during the production of jobs
  • Must be familiar with generating print profiles and be able to determine the proper profile to run a job to the highest quality
  • Must understand color and the instruments used to monitor and correct color during a production run
  • Must have experience ripping files using Caldera or a similar production level RIP and ensuring all necessary files are available for upcoming jobs to be produced

Job Description: The quality and safety manager is a proven leader who operates under the counsel of corporate procedures and policies in accordance with safety plans as well as customer product standards and specifications. The plan of action for the quality and safety manager is to collaborate with corporate management and the plant operations team to develop and enforce a culture of safety in our facilities in addition to continuously improve the quality of Tri State Container and ProCorr Display’s products.

  • Support and develop results through continuous improvement methodology to ensure results are maintained and benefits are sustainable over the long term.
  • Establish clear, measurable targets to ensure effective work and controls are in place, clear scope of work and directions to department personnel
  • Establishes and monitors adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Oversight of quality control programs
  • Interacts with the production floor daily. Assists where needed to ensure there is adequate support from the quality manager to meet production efficiencies and goals.

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated team members to support operations in one or both locations. The plant worker is a dedicated individual who has proven experience monitoring and operating equipment for all plant systems safely and efficiently and includes the ability to perform a complete start-up and shutdown of machinery. The plant worker must monitor and make adjustments to the system to ensure good product quality and work rotating shifts with a team of process technicians and equipment operators.
Responsibilities include:
  • Operating a front end loader, a skid steer, and a forklift as required for miscellaneous plant operations
  • Performing general housekeeping of the work area or other areas of the plant
