Short-Run Digital Printing

ProCorr has long understood your need for customization because the products you sell are unique. Although your products may be similar to another in the marketplace, no two are exactly the same, which is why customization is so mission critical.

In today’s hyper-competitive world, the more you can personalize an experience, the greater loyalties you can build.  Yet in some instances, especially when your quantities are small, customization could be cost prohibited.

Now, with the addition of our short-run digital printing solutions, you can change graphics as much as you want and still stay within your budget.  On-demand digital printing does not require printing plates so there’s $0 tooling and setup costs.  In addition, our digital printers can print on almost any material up to 2.5″ thick – from rigid SBS/folding carton stocks to corrugated board to multiple plastics and flexible textiles. Smaller quantities enable you to gain greater inventory control, produce less waste, free up warehouse space and improve cash flow.

Digital print technology is done direct or direct-to-corrugated board so there is no need to print to a separate sheet such as with litho lamination.

When printing direct-to-board, there is no down time waiting for printing plates to arrive, which saves time.

Designing to Customer Needs

Our structural and graphic design department has a history of developing merchandising solutions for every in-store, retail environment and for every conceivable need.

When floor space is limited, we’ll develop concepts for small footprint POP floor displays.   If you’re looking for multi-functional placement, we’ll design display concepts that are ‘convertible’ (ie a Power Wing plus a base converts to a Floor Display). Our design capabilities include:

  • State-of-the-art, most current Artios CAD Packaging Software.
  • 3-D concept renderings.
  • Multiple cutting tables for full-to-scale samples.
  • Full-color mockups for your selling opportunities (distributor and industry shows).
  • New and fresh artwork created from scratch.
  • Art modifications to customer-supplied graphics.

When it’s time to manufacture, our AIB-recognized, dust-controlled environment is optimized to produce the highest quality printing and converting.

ProCorr provides multiple printing options for maximum flexibility:

This is a commonly used printing process for printing directly on corrugated material.  This method is economical and offers high quality printing.

Preprinted sheets are adhered to corrugated board.  This is a very cost-effective process that produces the ultra-rich, high quality graphics your brand imagery demands.

Cost-effective for low volumes that require high quality graphics.  In addition, this method is the perfect option when artwork versions or versioning is required. Our digital printing equipment is capable of printing on almost any substrate or material, including acrylic, PVC, Styrene, Coroplast, Foam Board, B-bond, and most other substrates.

Color Management

We produce, mix and measure our own inks in-house, which provides greater color control throughout each and every production run.  In addition, our on-press ink technologies and quality control processes mean your brand images and messages are bold and consistent throughout. Our machinery also includes industry-specific dryers for projects that require specialty inks and varnishes.

Volume Production

Throughout the years, we’ve added equipment and machinery to add to our capabilities as a full-solutions provider of corrugated displays and graphic packaging.
Some of which include:

Rotary Die Cutting

For smooth rounded cuts and edges for your ideal presentation.

Flat Bed Die Cutting

For inserts, pads, cut-outs and other component parts.

Specialty Folders + Gluers

To secure shelves, and protect customer products.

ProCorr has designed and manufactured displays and packaging for all types of CPG products.  For club stores (warehouse stores), we’ll produce case stackers, ¼ pallet displays, ½ pallet displays, full pallet displays, pallet skirts and voucher or redeemer cards.  For retailers such as convenience stores and drug stores (pharmacies), we’ll most often be asked to design power wings (sidekicks) and counter displays due to limited floor space.  Other retailers such as grocery stores, big box stores and specialty retailers (pet stores, toy stores, etc), ProCorr will design floor displays, shelf displays, dump bins, endcaps, and more.
